Paola joined Halloran Consulting Group in 2010. She focuses on the following areas: global clinical program development and project management, strategic planning, due diligence and integration, organizational development, change management, infrastructure augmentation, continuous improvement, quality systems, and regulatory strategy.  Paola has over 15 years of clinical research experience primarily focused in the medical device area.

Prior to joining Halloran, Paola was the Director of Clinical Systems and Process Improvement in the Clinical Program Management Office at Boston Scientific Corporation. As Director, she provided strategic direction on global cross-functional process improvements and systems implementations for the Clinical organization spanning across multiple divisions and therapeutic areas. In addition, Paola served in several positions within the Global Safety Office at Boston Scientific. Paola was Director of Safety Systems and Process Innovation, she served as a Safety Group Manager, and prior to that she was a Medical Research Associate.

Before her time at Boston Scientific, Paola worked at Boston Children’s Hospital as a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Cardiology Department and prior to this at Mass General Hospital.

Paola is Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC) by Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society. She earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Providence College in Providence, RI.
